Your Questions, Answered

  • Online orders have a typical processing time of 3-5 days before shipping. Shipping times will vary based on the option you select at checkout.

  • You can request to be added to an alternate date/time of the same workshop type at no charge. Workshop recordings will also be made available afterward. There are no partial refunds if you keep your kit but do not join the workshop.

  • We accept returns of unused products within 30 days for a partial refund, minus shipping costs.

  • Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Not yet! Though we hope to open a workshop by the end of 2026.
