Virtual Bookmark Workshop (Sat May 9, 1-2 pm EST)
In our Virtual Bookmark Workshop we use a blank bookmark base (made to look like a bookshelf), scrap paper, and some pre-cut shapes to make our own personalized bookmarks.
Shared will mail your kit the week of the workshop. You will get 3 bookmark bases, scrap paper, several pre-cut shapes such as plants with vases to decorate your shelves, a glue pen, and a micron pen. You are welcome to add your own elements of course, but the essentials will be provided. You will also receive a Google Meet invite for the virtual workshop.
During the workshop, you will make your bookmarks live with other attendees, guided by a Shared member. It’s a wonderful chance to connect with other makers, ask questions, share ideas, and feel boosted as you craft. While you can make your kit on your own, we encourage everyone to take the opportunity to engage live with other participants and our guide.
Shared uses donated and repurposed materials wherever possible. Individual patterns and colors may vary slightly from those shown but will still produce the desired final product.
