Kinusaiga Sunflower Kit & Workshop Recording

$50.00

Kinusaiga is a stunning, little-known art form which gives scrap fabric a whole new life. Our sunflower design is one of our most popular!

Your kit includes assorted fabric, a foam base, and design template. You are welcome to use your own fabric scraps of course, but the essentials will be provided. You will also receive a YouTube link recording of our virtual workshop held in May. You can follow along for tips, hear common questions, or just learn more about Kinusaiga and other makers I’ve learned from myself. If you want to join a live workshop for the sunflower design, check out our August 1st session.

To complete your project you will need a precision crafting knife, tape, seam ripper or similar thin tool to tuck fabric into the foam, and scissors (small fabric scissors recommended). We recommend a 5×7” shadow box or frame to display your finished work.

Shared uses donated and repurposed materials wherever possible. Individual patterns and colors may vary slightly from those shown but will still produce the desired final product.
